 Abstract submission   1 September 2020 to 30 November 2020

Please provide a structured abstract of 150 to 250 words which should be divided into the following sections:

• Purpose (stating the main purposes and research question)
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions

Abstract Submission Procedure

• Submitted papers should be send in the conference management system, through the following email address: 19thsympsubmission@edc.uoc.gr
• Before submitting your abstracts, please follow the instructions below.
• Select the file to upload and make sure that it is in only Microsoft Word format (.doc) according to the guidelines at: tempate-paper-submission-format_abstract
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your submission was successful.

Full paper submission 31 January 2021 

Submitted papers should not be more than 6,000 words including abstract, keywords and references (the Harvard referencing rules need to be followed).

• Papers should be submitted in English as doc attachments in the conference management system, through the following email address: 19thsympsubmission@edc.uoc.gr
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your submission was successful.
• Format your paper according to the following  template -paper-submission-format 

Reviewing Process

• The selection panel of the conference committee will consider all papers received by the submission deadline to ensure that the proposed paper is relevant to the Conference.
• Paper selection notifications will then be sent out to relevant authors.
• Papers that are accepted will be published in the conference proceedings providing at least one author registers and presents the work at the Conference

All papers presented at the conference will be considered for publication in the e-book of Proceedings
